I've been spending time catching up with some of my Indonesian friends that work in Kuta.

you may want to call customs - your mamiya is at customs and you have to pay duty on it. They are charging a daily storage fee cause you have not submitted the forms, i opened the second reminder notice you received today cause it looked important. may want to let them know incase they dont hear from you cause they may send it back to the sender?
