Rach & Jaz

My two beautiful friends Jaz & Rach are both popping out in the belly area. They're due a week apart and both with their first, how exciting.

Friday night we were all at Dan & Rachel's for the baby shower and snuck in a couple pics down at the beach. Tonight I'm doing a full shoot for Jaz and Garth so keep an eye out for more beaut belly shots soon, also coming up in the next couple of months is Sarah's maternity shoot and my little sister's who is also expecting her first.... must be something in the water....

Emma & Marco

Emma and Marco were married on Saturday at Saint Josephs Church in Subiaco. Emma and her girlfriends looked stunning on the day and the guys looked smashing in their beautiful grey suits. I met Emma at Distracted where she was having her hair attended to by a fantastic team, (that shop is amazing, I definitely recommend popping in for a little look around next time you're in Leederville or checking out if your looking for a hairdresser for yourself.)
After the service we went through UWA and the pines in Kings park for some photo opportunities.

Lisa & Phillip

Monday evening I had a super windy shoot with Lisa & Phillip and their beautiful dogs at Leighton beach. Lisa & Phillip tie the knot on the 8th of March, keep an eye out for more photos after that date.




I know where they get the term "puppy dog eyes" from, aren't these just irresistible?

I just got home from my arvo shoot with Jade, and having a quick peek through the photos and I found this one, it makes me want to run through fields of long grass and go swimming in rivers. More from the shoot coming up next week.

Summer storms...

I was going through some of my photos from Bremer Bay and found this one, It reminded me of all the beautiful summer storms we had last week, I was at the beach last Thursday and saw the most amazing ray of light shining down from heaven, being in the water and miles awway from my car I didn't have my camera so this is the closest I've got.

more Samm

Took a couple more photo's of Samm yesterday. It's so handy sharing a studio with one of your best friend, not only do we get to bounce ideas of each other, share music, and go on "business shopping trips" together, we also have easy access to a model or talented photographer.

Helen & Fraser

Here are a couple of my shots from Helen and Frasers wedding that I was second shooting for Samm last December.

The beautiful Banjo...

is no more. You may remember my cute dog that I photographed over Christmas, we'll I've been told he extinguished this week, sad but it was getting super hard and miserable for him, with trouble walking. What a great pet, we got Banjo when I was in year 9 (wow that was a long time ago now haha.) Here's the last photo I took of him... I'll dig through my box's at home and try and find one of him as a pup, he was even cuter then.

Old Negs

I'm testing the Epson V700 PHOTO scanner today. Last week I had a whole load of old exposed films developed so I thought I'ld scan in some of the goldies.

I love these sequences, they were all taken on my Holga my great little plastic medium format camera. I love the light leaks and how all the images blend into each other, ooh the brilliance of plastic cameras.


This first one is my favorite, its Leighton and some locals... I go running on this beach every morning and watch as many sunsets from it's sand as possible... it makes me smile.


The cute little house near the container yard on the North Bank, Freo. This was obviously taken before they changed the train line and pretty much fence the house and it's resident in.(does it still have a residant)

Where did Jan go?

I cant believe January's all done and dusted already... Summer always goes way to quick.
I am pretty happy though as so many of my beautiful friends are slowly returning from their gallivants across the globe...

Me and Shane (back from Austria) I had to pop this photo up because I think its the only one of Shane not pulling a face, that I've been able to take in the past 8 years.
